Nantucket is a 91-unit condominium community on Bay Avenue at 27th Street, directly across from the Ocean City Wildlife Refuge. The community was developed in 1985 through 1986 by the award winning architect, Robert Johnson. It is self-managed and has a board of directors that is actively engaged in the community by implementing maintenance and capital improvement projects that provide good value to owners and guests.
